We pumped the septic tank and unstopped the inlet baffle. We also removed the four lids from the tank and cleared out all of the roots. To complete the job, we replaced the outlet baffle and the line from the tank to the drainfield with PVC.

Dunwoody Drainfield Repair Work

On this job, a section of line was blocked with tree roots. We found the outlet end of the tank was buried underneath the driveway. Rather than excavating some of the driveway, we drilled a hole into the side of the tank. Then, we rerouted the line to the drainfield. We also installed a new outlet baffle and pipe from the tank to the lines. Now the drainfield was properly flowing.

In East Cobb County, Action Septic Tank Service inspected and serviced a septic system.

Upon inspection, we found the tank was overfilled and the drainfield was not working properly. There was a drainfield line running underneath a tree and the root intrusion caused a blockage.

To repair, we replaced the outlet baffle and line from the tank to the drainfield. We also replaced a section of line underneath tree roots and ran the line around the tree. This corrected the drainfield problem. Post repair, the system was in good working condition.

Sandy Springs Septic Repair

The original system was old and the septic tank was buried ten feet deep in the ground. A section of the old, concrete line rotted and became unattached. When we excavated, located, and followed the line, we also found that it was clogged with roots.
To repair, we installed a new line from the house to the tank and added a clean out. We also put in a new 1000-gallon plastic tank and distribution box. Then, we ran approximately 40-50 feet of hard pipe going to the distribution box. Last, using Infiltrators, we installed three drainfield lines coming off of the distribution box.
